Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Cookies + Baking With a 2 Year Old

So I decided to take a whack at doing one of those food blog posts that you see all over Pinterest. I know... i'm cool, right? Mostly I am just documenting this rather than trying to do a real food post.

I love food. I love to eat. And I love sweets. But I don't really bake very many sweets because Ricky just doesn't really like them. Unbelieveable, right?!  He would prefer a snickers bar or skittles over baked goods. But I still love him. A lot.

Anyway, I decided to let Carter join in on the fun of baking cookies. And these pictures don't show it but he made a ginormous mess, which really slowed the baking process down! But it was still fun, nonetheless. I've posted a link to the recipe below. It is worth a try. They turned out delicious!

**And yes, I let my child sit on the counter and run around/bake cookies in his diaper. I truly love this little one.
